The formation of market relations in the sphere of imployment has changed the principles ass well as the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the interaction of demand and supply of labor. Demographic factors and economic restructuring, causingfriction and increase structural unemployment and reduces the efficiency of the use ofavailable human resources. Towidest extent, it affectst the interests of the most promising part of the economically active population-youth, vocational training which are not always in line with current demand structure of the frames.
