Аннотация
This article defines securities market as the basis of the corporate finance system. Also by author was discussed the essence of an integrated corporate structure. The author sets forth proposals for the formation of an effective corporate governance system by solving many specific issues in addition to those that are solved by corporate structures operating in the real sector of the economy.
