На пути к инновационному росту: высшее образование Индии и Китая

Аннотация
В статье проведен краткий исторический обзор высшего образования Индии и Китая, рассмотрены меры по реформированию высшего образования. Подчеркивается, что развитие высшего образования необходимо рассматривать в контексте изучения общих показателей экономического и социального положения обеих стран .Хотя Индия имеет долгую историю положительных успехов налаженной системы высшего образования, но в настоящее время отстает от Китая в ряде достижений в сфере высшего образования. Это затрагивает государственные расходы на высшее образование, коэффициенте охвата высшим образованием, качество высшего образования и др.
