Аннотация
The article theoretically examines the essence of the concepts "personnel”, "personnel attitude to work”, "labor motivation”, "stimulation and influence on motivation of the mechanism of market and economic relations” in enterprises The scientific conclusions and offers of the result of practical researchs carried out on the improvement of attitudes to work and labor motivation for increasing of labor efficiency are revealed.
