The article examines the issues of effective management as the main factor for regions development in Uzbekistan. In every country, the concept of regional development is based on the policy of common territory development and it serves for choosing the direction of the regional development and its justification. the regional system consist of several different elements and their interconnectivity level is very high. In order to develop the regions as a whole systen it is necessary to take into accounts both internal and external factors.
