Abstract
The textbook reflects the main topics stipulated by the requirements to the minimum content and level of training of graduates in educational areas: "Organization and management of the hotel industry", "Service sector (organization and management of tourism)." The manual is aimed at the formation of knowledge about the nature, features of tourism and hotel services in the service sector; familiarization with the development and current problems of tourism and hotel services; formation in the minds of students of the economic, political, spiritual and social value of tourism and hotel services.
