Abstract
Annotation. The article discusses issues related to the development and functioning of the free economic zones of Uzbekistan, as well as the existing tax regime for enterprises with foreign investment. A theoretical and practical analysis was carried out and conclusions were drawn on improving the tax mechanism of enterprises in the SEZ.
