Abstract
This paper discusses the purpose of system modeling of the research center and determines the architecture of knowledge management and innovation as one of the conceptual aspects of the management of the research center. A system of interrelated indicators is proposed to assess the effect of CPS introduction. On the example of the Department of Research and Development (R&D) within the framework of "Scientific research center", the implementation of this methodology is considered.
