Abstract

In modern conditions, the widespread use of the achievements of world science and innovation becomes the most important factor in the dynamic and sustainable development of all spheres of the life of society and the state, and in building a worthy future for the country. Over the past period, the necessary infrastructure has been created in the field of development of science and technology, a certain intellectual and technological potential has been formed. At the same time, the presence of the following systemic problems, insufficient use of existing opportunities and potential for the development and implementation of innovative ideas and technologies hinder the effective implementation of the planned reforms and accelerated innovative development of the country.
