Abstract

The article notes that the effective use of the emerging industrial potential will allow small businesses in Jizzakh to form a cluster of high-tech and innovative enterprises in the future. This will create additional incentives for the development of education, allowing advanced young people to create high-income jobs by creating conditions for the realization of their intellectual potential, and ensure their active participation in the formation of a new modern economy. Ultimately, all this will increase the attractiveness of the city of Jizzakh, both in terms of attracting investment and identifying talent.
