Abstract

Concentrating financial resources and focusing them on priority areas of innovation, creating a reasonable system of financing innovation, venture capital financing is of particular importance, which is more consistent with the financing of research results in the field of science. In this paper the theoretical aspects and a number of advantages of venture financing are analyzed.
