Аннотация
Современный этап развития информационных и коммуникационных технологий в Узбекистане характеризуется периодом становления и высокой динамикой развития. Однако вопросы цифровизации остаются малоизученными, проблемы и перспективы развития бизнеса должным образом не освещаются в условиях формирования цифровой экономики. Деятельность основного подразделения почтовой связи Узбекистана в последние годы вызывает беспокойство и озабоченность правительства в связи с ухудшением его основных показателей. В международной сфере республика также не показывает высоких показателей. Чтобы изменить ситуацию и реформировать деятельность почтовой службы Узбекистана, руководство страны и правительство в этом году предприняли ряд решительных мер. Однако для реализации успешных реформ целесообразно формирование цифровой экосистемы в национальной почте Узбекистана.
