Abstract
Bugungi kunda butun dunyoda keng ko'lamli axborot-kommunikatsiya inqilobi davom etmoqda va raqamli texnologiyalar juda tez tarqalmoqda. O'zbekistonda axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalarini rivojlantirishning hozirgi bosqichi shakllanish davri va yuqori rivojlanish dinamikasi bilan tavsiflanadi. Shu bilan birga, raqamlashtirish masalalari hal etilmay qolmoqda, raqamli iqtisodiyotni shakllantirish sharoitida biznesni rivojlantirish muammolari va istiqbollari etarli darajada yoritilmagan. So'nggi yillarda O'zbekiston pochta aloqasining asosiy sub'ekti faoliyati hukumatning asosiy ko'rsatkichlarining yomonlashishi bilan bog'liq bezovtalik va tashvishlarni keltirib chiqarmoqda. Xalqaro sohada ham respublika yuqori ko'rsatkichlarni namoyish etmayapti. Vaziyatni o'zgartirish va O'zbekiston pochta aloqasi tizimini isloh qilish maqsadida joriy yilda mamlakat rahbariyati va hukumati bir qator qat'iy choralarni ko'rdi. Biroq, muvaffaqiyatli islohotlarni amalga oshirish uchun, O'zbekiston milliy pochtasida raqamli ekotizimni shakllantirish maqsadga muvofiqdir.
