Аннотация

Ретроспективные исследования истории экономического развития Центральной Азии доказывают сложный и суровый путь перехода для структурно слабых и уязвимых дореформенных экономик. Проблемы увеличения разрыва бедности и роста безработицы в ранний переходный период сделали страны Центральной Азии более социально ориентированными, чтобы плавно переходить на принципы рыночной экономики, несмотря на высокую вероятность длительного переходного процесса. Все страны региона выбрали разные пути и имели разные результаты принятых мер, которые повлияли на разные области в разных масштабах, что сильно повлияло на стабильность доходов и занятость. В этой статье анализируются пути экономического роста и неравенства доходов в странах Центральной Азии и предлагаются соответствующие рекомендации для дальнейшего улучшения.
