Abstract

Through this study, the main factors and priorities of foreign direct investment (FDI) in the Kashkadarya region were analyzed using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). According to the research results, the most important factors for foreign investors are the available raw materials, the effectiveness of institutional and legal reforms, the market size of the region, the availability and condition of infrastructure. Besides, the industry sector was selected as a priority direction for attracting investment to the Kashkadarya region.
