Abstract

This article is devoted to the consideration of issues related to efficient organizational and
economic mechanisms for arranging labour migration in rural areas. In addition, the article
presents social surveys conducted with the aim of studying the impact of these mechanisms,
as well as scientifically-grounded proposals and recommendations.
