Financial Control of Public Procurement to Prevent Corruption in the Development of Digital Economy

Аннотация

The article considers the various authors’ views on the issue of monitoring the effectiveness and legality of
public procurement, provides a comparative description of the methods of financial control, as a result of a
general analysis, the authors give their own opinions on the implementation of control in order to prevent and
prevent corruption in public procurement. Besides, the article considers how public procurement can
contribute to sustainable development, what kind of international experience in budget allocation of public
procurement for this purpose, which legal regulations for implementing anti-corruption measures are required,
what factors faster and impede the implementation of sustainable public procurement in the development of
digital economy in Uzbekistan.
