Аннотация
This article explores the theoretical aspects of using innovative marketing technologies in passenger transport. An analysis has been made to expand access to public transport for consumers in the transport services market. Also, the factors that stimulate the development of innovative marketing technologies in the market of passenger transport are systematized and opportunities for their use are identified.
