Аннотация

In this research paper we investigated the issues of tourism development. By the author was developed the concept of organizational and economic mechanism for strategic management of sustainable tourism development. By the author was proofed that the gastronomic journeys offered by them should be designed primarily for tourists who come on historical tours, for business travelers, as well as attracting new tourists.
