Youth employment in business activities

Abstract

Youth enterprises in Uzbekistan are developing, but the resource base of the material base for business development is lacking, the young entrepreneur lacks experience in the organization of business and areas adjacent to it, lack of communication skills, and business ethics. Youth entrepreneurship is associated with constant risk, uncertainty of conditions and uncertainty of results, forcing young people to look for ways of less resistance, that is, to choose areas of activity that do not require large physical and material costs. The consequence of this is the lack of social efficiency of entrepreneurial activities of young people, which received a prevalent distribution in the non-production sphere.
