New opportunities to scale up job creation

Abstract

Employment is one of the problems facing, off and on, not only seperate countries, but the world at large. By the level of its importance and severity, it is comparable to suchniggling problems as the struggle against the poverty and destitution,  counteraction to desertification of arable lands, preservation of fish stocks in the seas and oceans all over the globe, efforts to encrease the balance drinking water and suchlike.
