Abstract
Abstract: The article determines the significance of the notion of “hermeneutics”. Also, it explains the history of hermeneutics’ appearance as philosophy flow in short. Central Asian thinkers’ works, containing ideas, which define the importance of notions like “interpretation”, “comprehension” and “explaining”, are analyzed.
