Abstract
This article discusses the role and types of family business in today's world, its relevance, theoretical basis and the effective utilization of its potential Also, issues of the use of economic resources for the development of family entrepreneur ship, introduction of innovative processes in their activity were studied. As an example, the analysis of the current state of small business and entrepreneurship in the Namangan region of the Republic has been analyzed. Effective labor organizing of family businesses is highlighted.
