Abstract

In the textbook the complex of the interconnected questions revealing
fundamental theoretical problems and reflecting the most basic practical
aspects of economy of work - of the theory of reproduction of a labour,
market of work, employment, requirement and motivations* is considered;
problems o f productivity o f work; politics of the incomes and wages;
management of the personnel; social protection; social insurance, social
partnership etc. Some problems are considered by the authors in view of
foreign experience and features of a socio economic situation of Uzbekistan.
The textbook is intended for the students of institutions o f higher
