Abstract

The development of the digital economy is inextricably linked with the growing growth of the influence of informatization of all social spheres and sectors of the economy. During the period of intensive development of the information environment, the development of software for information systems at various levels is of great importance. In this article, the authors proved that modern economic entities cannot function outside regional information systems, without modern software and algorithmic approaches. In addition, the article shows that without the transformation of information technologies in accordance with modern realities it is impossible to implement on their basis optimal and effective management.
