Abstract

This article analyzes the conditions created for “Doing Business” and the work which was done to ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of private owners at the world level. Also, the successful conduction of business is evaluated by 10 criteria of the World Bank. Corresponding conclusions and recommendations for improving the efficiency of the indicators of the rating business have been developed.
