Аннотация

The article examines the issues of training competitive personnel in a new stage of development. The authors consider the issues of reforming the system of training competitive personnel in the context of expanding international cooperation and deepening democratic reforms in the development of civil society. The paper investigates topical issues of improving the activities of higher education institutions, taking into account international educational programs.  An attempt is made to study the current state of higher education and the most important strategic tasks facing it, which directly affect the methods and content of the educational process.      The conclusion is made about the need for an innovative approach and further improvement of the work of higher education institutions in a new stage of development.
